Commercial AV and Smart Conference Room Solutions
Boardrooms and conference rooms built on Poly video conferencing and Crestron control, background music for stores and restaurants, and business networks that just work. Designed, installed and supported by our own team for over 16 years.

What We Install for Businesses
Smart Conference Rooms and Boardrooms
Displays or video walls, cameras, microphones and speakers, wired together and controlled from one table-top touch panel. Walk in, tap once and the meeting starts.
Video Conferencing with Poly
Poly (Polycom) video conferencing systems for boardrooms and meeting rooms, with a touchscreen controller on the table. Poly systems can integrate Zoom directly.
Room Control with Crestron
Crestron control so displays, audio and the video call are run from one touch panel.
Office Background Music
Zoned ceiling speakers for receptions, workspaces and cafeterias, with volume and music you control by zone.
Retail and F&B Background Music
Background music for restaurants, cafés and retail stores, designed for the space.
Networking on Ubiquiti
Business WiFi and wired networks built on Ubiquiti, sized for video calls, cameras and guest access. More on networking.
We also add smart security cameras and lighting control to offices, so the AV, network and security are handled by one team.
Solutions for Your Business
A well-run room is one people use without thinking about the technology. Here is what we design and install for commercial spaces, and what each one does for your business.
Why Businesses Choose This
Video Conferencing with Poly
What it does. A Poly system with a camera, microphones and speakers in the room, working with Zoom and other common meeting platforms. Joining a call takes one touch.
Business benefit. Remote participants see and hear the room clearly, and meetings start without "can you hear me?" delays.
One-Touch Room Control with Crestron
What it does. Lights, displays, audio and the video call are run from a single touch panel.
Business benefit. Anyone can use the room without training, and every room works the same way.
Cameras and Microphones Placed for the Room
What it does. Camera framing and ceiling or table microphones, with speakers placed and tuned for the room's acoustics.
Business benefit. Everyone around the table can be heard and seen, whether they sit near the screen or at the far end.
Displays, Video Walls and Content Sharing
What it does. Dual displays or a video wall for larger rooms, with wired or wireless options for sharing a laptop screen, chosen to suit the room.
Business benefit. Presentations and shared documents are easy to see from every seat, and guests can connect without setup help.
Zoned Background Music
What it does. Ceiling speakers for offices, reception areas, cafeterias, retail stores and restaurants, with a separate volume for each zone and one control point.
Business benefit. The right level in each area: quiet in meeting spaces, welcoming at reception, lively on the shop floor.
Business Networking on Ubiquiti
What it does. Managed WiFi and wired networks, with separate guest access and support for CCTV.
Business benefit. Video calls stay stable, visitors get WiFi without touching your main network, and cameras stay online.
Maintenance and Support
What it does. Annual maintenance plans (AMC) for AV and network systems after handover, from the team that installed them.
Business benefit. One point of contact when something needs attention, so rooms stay ready for the next meeting.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Is a Smart Conference Room?
A meeting room where the display, camera, microphones, speakers and lighting work together and are controlled from one touch panel, so a video call starts with one tap.
Why Invest in a Conference Room System?
A dedicated system gives your team a camera, microphones and speakers sized for the room, with one-touch control. Calls start quickly, remote participants can see and hear everyone clearly, and the room is easy for anyone to use.
What Do I Need for Video Calls to Run Smoothly?
Four things work together: a camera and microphones suited to the room, speakers that cover it evenly, simple room control, and a reliable network. We design all four together, with Poly, Crestron and Ubiquiti.
Which Video Conferencing and Control Systems Do You Use?
We install Poly (Polycom) video conferencing systems, with Crestron for room control. Poly systems can integrate Zoom directly.
Can I See a Smart Conference Room Before Deciding?
Yes. Our Seawoods experience centre at Shop No 5, Mauli CHS, Plot 81, Sector 50, Seawoods, Navi Mumbai 400706 has a working smart conference room you can try.
Do You Do Background Music for Restaurants and Stores?
Yes. We design and install background music for offices, restaurants, cafés and retail stores.
Which Networking Equipment Do You Use?
We build business WiFi and wired networks on Ubiquiti, chosen for reliable, centrally managed coverage.
Do You Offer Maintenance After Installation?
Yes. We offer annual maintenance plans (AMC) covering your AV and network systems after handover.
Which Cities Do You Work In?
Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Bangalore, and commercial projects across India. We have completed 1,000+ projects over 16+ years.
Acoustics for Boardrooms & Conference Rooms
The best camera and speakers cannot fix a room that echoes. Glass walls, hard tables and bare ceilings bounce sound around, and the people on the other end of the call hear it as muddy, distant speech. We treat the room itself, so the AV system you invest in can perform.

What Goes Wrong in an Untreated Room
- Echo and Reverberation: sound keeps bouncing between hard surfaces, so words smear into each other.
- Noise from Outside the Room: corridor chatter, street noise and neighbouring rooms get into the call.
- HVAC Hum: air conditioning noise sits under every word and tires everyone on a long call.
- Sound Leakage: a confidential discussion can be heard outside the room.

How We Treat a Room Acoustically
Controlling Echo and Reverberation
We place sound-absorbing panels where reflections build up, so the room sounds clear and natural rather than hollow. Voices stay distinct, even at the far end of a long table.
Ceiling Clouds and Baffles
The ceiling is often the largest bare surface in a boardroom. Absorbing clouds and baffles above the table calm the room from overhead, and can be shaped to sit well with your lighting and design.
Wall Panels
Fabric-wrapped absorber panels and slatted wall panels add absorption on the side and back walls, and double as a design feature rather than a technical afterthought.
Carpets and Soft Furnishings
Carpets, curtains and upholstered seating soak up sound that would otherwise bounce off the floor and glass. We work with your interior designer to choose finishes that help.
Reducing Noise from Outside and from the AC
We look at where noise enters, including doors, glazing and air-conditioning vents, and advise on gasketing, treatment and placement so that the room stays calm during calls.
Limiting Sound Leakage
For rooms where privacy matters, we review the walls, doors and ceiling junctions and recommend what will realistically help. We tell you honestly what treatment can and cannot do for a given room.
Clear Speech on Video Calls
Microphones pick up the room as well as the speaker. In a room with echo, remote participants hear a hollow, distant voice, and call quality drops however good the camera is. Treating the room first lets a Poly video conferencing system pick up cleaner speech, and lets Crestron-controlled audio sound natural to everyone in the meeting.
How We Work
- 1
Visit and Listen
We study the room, its glass and hard surfaces, the ceiling, and the sources of noise.
- 2
Design with Measurement
We plan the treatment using room simulation and room-mode calculation, then draw the layout for approval.
- 3
Install
Our team fits ceiling and wall treatment alongside the AV, so the work is planned together.
- 4
Calibrate and Hand Over
We check the result, calibrate the audio, and hand over drawings and documentation.
Why Buy AV and Acoustics from One Team. Speaker, microphone and camera positions depend on where the treatment goes, and the other way round. When one team designs both, there is one plan, one schedule and one point of responsibility, and no finger-pointing between the AV vendor and the acoustics contractor if the room does not sound right.
