Boardroom Video Conferencing for a Corporate Office
A corporate boardroom in Parel with a Poly Studio G7500 4K codec, an EagleEye IV camera, three table microphones and a Poly TC8 touch controller, plus two meeting rooms with Poly Studio R30 video bars.
Project Overview
A corporate boardroom in Parel needed meetings that start quickly and look and sound professional at both ends of the call. The boardroom has a long table, so the design had to pick up every seat and still be easy to run.
We installed a Poly video conferencing system with a Poly TC8 touch controller on the table, laptop connections at the table, and ceiling speakers in two zones. Two further meeting rooms in the same office use Poly Studio R30 video bars.

- Speaker, Cat6, HDMI, mini-HDMI and USB cabling to the codec, TVs and table
Laptop Connections
- 3 table cable cubbies for HDMI and USB, so a laptop connects at the table
- HDMI and USB switching to the displays
Meeting Rooms
- 75-inch TV in the large conference room and in the conference room
- Poly Studio R30 USB video bar in each room
- Table cable cubby in each room for laptop connection
Clear Meetings at Both Ends
Three microphones along the table pick up the whole room, the EagleEye camera frames the participants, and the TC8 touch controller on the table runs the call.
