We at www.avenuesound.in believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and therefore have a liberal refund & cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Refund & Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team or call us on 022-23644258/27715878. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the items.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • The Product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We may change our Return & Exchange policy from time to time.

What are the delivery charges?

  • Delivery charges may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations.
  • The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

How do I track my order?

  • Once the payment for the product is made we arrange for the courier service to deliver the product.
  • After the product has been picked up from our showroom for delivery, we get a Tracking number that we share with the concerned customer.
  • Please Note: We take no responsibility of the damage/loss of product once it is dispatched from our end and is in Transit.

We will not be responsible for the following:

  • We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order the delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
  • Recipient not available to take the delivery.
  • Premises locked.
  • In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
